Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging or a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to MTO

  Affix the return label and ship the package to our York, PA facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the item. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 48 hours.
